My Love Kills - Glitch (CD)

2019 is a special year for My Love Kills : release their first EP « Love Is Suffering » followed up with the debut album called « Glitch ».

Released on the well known Russian label ScentAir Records, My Love Kill offers 12 tracks alternating club oriented songs as « Just for one kiss » and emotional parts with « Deliver me » or « My Last Words ». « Glitch » has been composed as a trip into their both personalities and universe. As a movie, track after track, Fredrik and Arkames tell you sad stories («Dark Hearts Communion ») or play with fear in « eXil » by example. Fredrik knows how to create frightening atmospheres on instrumental part as « We don’t want you with us » or more atmospheric stuff as « The Deep Mind ». Arkames changes his vocal range to fit with melodic or more dark parts. The lyrics, simple and efficient, will touch you cause it refers to the hard time we can or will live in our own lives. Separation, regret but also the untold desire. Love has been revisited by Fredrik and Arkames minds. To conclude the journey, MLK gives us strength with the energic and devilish song called « Slave of Joy » : an industrial bomb ready for the clubs.
