“Allein in der Badewanne” (German for ‘Alone in the bathtub’) is a French Post-Punk project (with a VERY German name though…), that combines a striking sonic aesthetic with a strong visual identity.

The twelve tracks on this their debut album, imbued with a dark and intense atmosphere, were illustrated by Célia Parat Maman. She uses dry pastel works to accentuate and deepen the introspective and serious nature of the music.

The album's sound universe is inspired by NDW/Neue Deutsche Welle, 90s electronic music and modern popular music. Allein in der Badewanne addresses heavy themes such as addiction, mental illness and the rise of far-right fascism. This album offers a unique auditory and visual experience, combining haunting music, lyrics both in French and German with works of art that enhance its message!
