DISH-IS-NEIN - The [Metal] Machine / Limited Edition (12" Vinyl)

AMAZING cover of the classic KRAFTWERK track ‘The Man Machine’, incl. a KMFDM mix on Side 2. This was a RECORD STORE DAY release in Italy, limited and hand-numbered to 300.

A limited quantity is now made available for the first time to everybody. HEAVY 180g transparent Vinyl, including printed inner sleeve, stickered Record Store Day 2023.

Version 2.0 of this track by KRAFTWERK, retains the same transhumanist slant as the original, but here it is metal that prevails over blood, twilight crushing any hope of awakening, we are at war and we will not come out any better...

The 12" is also meant to represent the end of a cycle, DISH IS NEIN will never be the same, if it ever becomes something again, after the untimely death of its leader Dario Parisini, to whom this release is dedicated.

DISH-IS-NEIN is an Italian project, born out of the ashes of extremely famous and controversial band DISCIPLINATHA.Disciplinatha was an industrial rock band formed in 1987 in Bentivoglio (province of Bologna).

Disciplinatha came to prominence with a repertoire of lashing lyrics grafted onto energetic rock that fused industrial, electronic, and post-punk, but they remained most famous for their aggressive and provocative iconography.
