Information on redeeming Coupons

Coupon Codes will be send by e-mail or are printed on the invoice.
By using the Coupon Code you'll get the according discount on your order.

How does it work
Coupon codes are 16 digit codes in the form of XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. In order to redeem the coupon, you have to fill the coupon code into the appropriate form fields in our shop. You'll find the form fields for the coupon code during the order process below the shown content of you shopping cart or during the checkout process below the content area.
Once you have entered your valid coupon code, press the REDEEM button and you will immediately see your discount in the basket totals.

Note:
Coupon codes are unique and can only be used once. Anyone with a valid coupon code can use it as they are not registered by name. So keep your coupon code safe unless you wish to give it to a friend as a gift of course.

Please consider the following:

1. Coupons won't be credited against Tickets, Shipping Costs and C.O.D. Fees.
2. In case the value of goods is lower than the value of the Coupon, the remaining amount will expire after redeeming the Coupon.
3. Only one Coupon can be redeemed per order.
4. The Coupon needs to be redeemed within the quoted period, otherwise the Coupon will expire.
