Orations are a Post-Punk act from Buffalo, NY (USA), strongly influenced by 80s acts such as Joy Division, The Cure, Bauhaus, Chameleons, Southern Death Cult and Christian Death.
The band was formed in may 2014 only and features the quite remarkable Female lead-singer Jess Collins on lead vocals. Orations released a first EP in 2014, a 7" single in 2015 and the digital-only single 'Oh, The Horror' in August of this year. 'Wych Elm' is the band's debut full-length and includes 11 original ORATIONS-compositions that will please fans of afore-mentioned 80s acts and beyond!
